I do move-out cleaning for students and roommates, with the basics first: surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. If the bedroom carpet has not been deep vacuumed in months, I can get that done too. I also clean behind the washer and dryer when access allows, and it usually takes a couple of hours flat. You do not have to do everything yourself.
