I do Airbnb turnovers and regular housekeeping for busy homes. If checkout was at 11 and someone's coming at 3, I'll clean the obvious stuff and the stuff people miss, including that greasy spot behind the stove you forgot existed. I know the difference between looking clean and being clean. If the mess has been building up around kids, that is not a failure, and getting help is not giving up.
