New parents usually do not need a big production. They need bottles, counters, floors, and laundry area brought back under control. I do basic tidy-up work: surfaces, vacuum, mop, and I can separate and take out recycling properly, not just trash. A couple of hours flat is usually enough for the usual apartment mess.
