I do maid service for the spots that get put off for weeks: surfaces, vacuum, mop, and the odd corner that somehow collects everything. If the place is in that I'll get to it later stage, that's fine. Basic tidy-up only, usually a couple of hours flat. Home is supposed to be where you unwind, not where you work.
