I clean move-out places room by room, starting with the kitchen, then the bath, then floors, trim, and the spots people usually leave for last. If the bedroom carpet has not been deep vacuumed in months, I'll get to that too. I work steadily, wipe as I go, and leave the place ready for the next set of keys.
