I clean for move-ins, especially when the keys are in your hand and the clock is already moving. I work room by room so nothing gets missed, and I wipe the outside of all appliances including sides and tops. Floors, counters, bathrooms, inside cabinets, and the usual buildup from the last tenant I go through it in order and keep it moving. Message me the details and we can set something up this week.
