I do maid service for Airbnb turnovers and quick guest-ready cleans when checkout is at 11 and the next check-in is 3. I go through the kitchen, bath, floors, beds, and the little spots guests notice first. I organize as I clean nothing major, just putting things where they belong. Let me know the day and time that works for you.
