I do move-out cleaning room by room for people who need the place left in order. I go through kitchens, baths, floors, baseboards, and the spots that get missed when things get rushed. I also clean windows from the inside so your rooms actually get more light. If chores are causing arguments, letting someone else take it off your plate can save a lot of stress.
